Installation:
-------------

- patch isdn4k-utils with isdn4k-utils_pam.diff
- run autoconf in isdn4k-utils/ipppd
- run ./configure

The line "checking for security/pam_appl.h... yes" indicates pam support has
been enabled.

- compile and install

ipppd is now capable of using pam for user authentification instead of directly
using the system password database. use "ippp" as service name.
