Timekeeper Script for Session Chairs

The following is a small Tcl/Tk script that can be used during talks to show the speaker the minutes remaining for his talk. It basically displays a large number and counts it down to zero. The last two minutes are shown in red and with exclamation marks to remind the speaker to conclude his talk.
